Established in 1982, Aarel works to provide the best solutions to control fire and save loss.

Thousands of people die annually due to inadequate safety measures and awareness. To tackle this problem, we at Aarel began manufacturing Fire Wagons, a machine that can be used to extinguish a fire at any time and place.

With time, we expanded into specialized manufacturing of Fire Fighting Vehicles with direct delivery to the clients. Aarel is a full-fledged, state-of-the-art manufacturing unit in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

In 40 years, Aarel products are now part of organizations, industries, hospitals, and many other setups throughout the country.

We have manufactured more than 1000 Fire Fighting vehicles and provided our expertise and assistance in the field of Oil, Power, Refineries, Chemicals, Cement, and Defense Establishments.

Our team is well equipped with motivation, skill, experience, and expertise to provide solutions for all Fire-related problems and can comfortably cater to clients’ requirements across all sectors.

With a vision to provide a quality product that could help to control and minimize fire hazards and save loss, Mr. Pramod Dafaria, a mechanical engineer, ventured into the field of emergency services and set up a manufacturing unit for Fire Safety machinery and types of equipment in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

A man of will and a clear intention to help society raise awareness about Fire Safety and provide adequate equipment for the same to all, Mr. Dafaria, along with his son, a second-generation entrepreneur, Mr. Aayush Dafaria, actively run the unit and expand daily, in experience and client base.

Mr. Pramod Dafaria has two principles in his life which we at Aarel follow like gospel.

Aarel Industries is an ISO 9001-2015 certified company spread over 50,000 sq. feet in Madhya Pradesh. We follow Lean Manufacturing techniques, which helps us achieve our targets efficiently and optimally.

Working style

Using the total capacity of our workshop with state-of-the-art machinery and skilled professionals, the team can manufacture 50 customized vehicles in a quarter. The most efficient and latest technologies go hand in hand with our production line; hence we deliver every vehicle within the committed time.

To execute any order, the team first understands the client's basic requirements and then incorporates that into the production line. We follow a Standard Operating Procedure in our manufacturing process, eliminating all kinds of errors in the production line and delivering the Fire Trucks in the estimated time. Our team of engineers ensures that they properly train the vehicle users on how to operate it. This training session is carried out both at our and the client's sites. We guarantee 100% satisfaction for every client for every product and ensure we give more than the client has asked for.

Team

We have developed jigs and fixtures for mass manufacturing integrating the Pneumatic tools in manufacturing.

A designated team of quality-check Inspectors is always present to check the quality of the product from the primary to the tertiary stage, including the raw materials involved. These processes help us regulate and maintain our manufacturing standards.

Our greatest strength at Aarel is an experienced team of engineers, supervisors, and managers dedicated to the vehicles' manufacturing. We have an exclusive team for designing and concept rendering to incorporate the client's requirements into the vehicle. We provide country-wide sales and post-sales services to our clients for every kind of assistance.

Understanding the nature of the sector, we can fabricate 40 Fire Trucks every quarter and maintain a stock of 10 vehicles around the clock.

  6. In-house carpentry, upholstery and designing as per the client’s requirement.
  7. Capacity to fabricate 40 Fire Vehicles per quarter.
  8. In-house paint shop.
  9. In-house testing facilities.
  10. A team of experienced supervisors dedicated for manufacturing.
  11. In-house team for CAD modelling and concept rendering.
  12. In-house development of Jigs and Fixtures for Mass Manufacturing.
  13. Integration of Pneumatic Tools in manufacturing.
  14. A dedicated team of quality-check Inspectors to check the quality of incoming materials and finished goods.
  15. Yearly calibration of testing equipment is done by NABL Labs.

INFRASTRUCTURE FOR TESTING

Proper testing procedures are followed and quality checks are done stage wise. Starting with the incoming raw materials until the final dispatch of the vehicle, quality is checked thoroughly at different stages.:
  • In-house testing facility to check Pump Performance Priming-Endurance test with complete V Notch facility.
  • In-house facility for Stability and Tilting test.
  • In-house facility for Shower Test.
  • In-house facility for Gradient Test.
  • In house testing facility for Articulation Test.
